This should have happened forever ago, props to Obama for doing this.

This bill was blocked by the Republicans during the last session of Congress and they almost all voted against it this time too. Good things happen to everyday people when Democrats get a big majority.

Exactly. Anyone should get paid what is deserved as long as they are qualified to do that job hired for. There should be no inequality based on gender or race, IMO
