I think it's going to be a lot more extensive than that. The more people see what the tea party is about the more are going to run back to the Democratic side.

Palin, Bachmann, Newt, or Trump in 2012? Republicans are going to be the political laughing stock for the next decade. They continue to pander to their birther base with Trump and Hannity joining the ranks of retarded as well as continuing to deny the existence of global warming in the usual callous disregard for honesty or facts. And as a smattering or creationism to boot... I guess if the majority of your voters are f**king retarded, you have to pretend you are, too.

Hopefully the Democrats won't flub this opportunity as well, and will start holding their opponent's feet to the fire.
