I believe we've already gone down this road before and I was able to give you several examples of Republican's deliberately trying to obstruct or hinder voting. IIRC,"Scorpion" called it my "best post ever".

No, it doesn't. It effects those who don't meet the requirements, which has been empirically proven to disproportionately effect Democratic voters (poor, minorities, etc).

And again, no justification for making these individuals go through extra hoops (let alone a discussion about if they're able) to do what was perfectly acceptable before these laws went into place. Just a quiet, callous "too bad".
