Also, FreeTimes' death was not in vain. What she did, she accomplished without having the chance to prove it. But she was close, and I think she just knew a lot more than she wanted anyone to know.

She accomplished nothing...nada. The decision to end the boat cruise was a result of declining casino revenue coupled with the tax caps.
