| Dumballa is a real jerk. I think he got fired by the city but I can't remember what he did. He used to always be with Pucalik but she got rid of him too. I never liked that guy much. | |

| Was he an arrogant guy? Cuz I called code on a faucet my son's rental that it was loose and he wouldn't fix it before tenants moved in. Whomever they sent in was really arrogant. Wasn't .there at the time, but goes to show ya I will call on my own son! | |

| Also, what are the rules regarding a rental. Do you need to register if u r in the middle of an eviction? Or, if the place is not occupied, do u need to re register in between tenants, or at the time new tenants occupy?
I get confused..register by March 31st whether you are renting out or not, and also is a new inspection required each time a tenant leaves?
