Can't believe she's not getting paid for digging up crap. Anybody notify SSD? She can work from home.

It wouldn't require a wardrobe, or clean fingernails, deodorant,, hair doos, and SSA will give her everything she needs to work at home, up to 700.00 without taking a dime away from her regular SSA.

They will give her a new computer, earphones, a phone...and she doesn't give a crap.

All she wants is the mayor out. What a life, as if it's gonna change her life. Dumb cat.

Her theory is, if McDermott is out of office, somehow, that roof that may leak any day will be fixed by someone outside of the present mayor.'

They're so hard up, they can't come up with someone else...as if someone else will solve her problems when the roof starts leaking. Mama pays the house insurance. She crashes three cars in two years....how is she gonna pay property taxes and upkeep if her pet boy with no credentials is voted in? JANIECE?

It's rumored that she is staying with the preacher in Hessville now. They are both on SSI and welfare and are considering getting hitched. There really is someone for everybody. Roger said they are getting married on Valentines Day.

Good question. Another one is how does someone disabled play18 holes of golf,as he admitted last summer? In fairness,you are allowed to earn up to a certain amount if you're collecting. I don't know how much though.

My sister is very deaf, worked for the gov for all her life in the investigations division...where it was paperwork processing peoples' bacckgrounds for employment. At age 59. her desk chair flipped, causing her back and head to slam right into a glass bookcase. It tore her vertebrae up and she was rushed to the hospital. She was told to go on disability because of her toooo many trips for surgery and therapy, etc. So basically, they told her to get lost.

You can work while on disability as she does, 20 hrs or less a week (which she now only gets to work every other wknd since new mngmt took over, they fired a lot of others), but SSA does contact the hotel to inquire whether she is performing more than just a sit down job, and she sends SSA copies of her paychecks. SSA cuts you off after you make the limit per month for one straight year, which is or used to be $700.00 per month. They no longer consider you disabled if you make the full amount for one straight year. That is SSD (Social Security Disability).

If they find out through your employer that you are performing certain duties that you claimed you could not do, they no longer consider you disabled.

On the other side, SSDI, (Social Security Supplmentary Income - Disabled), you only get that at a certain amount per month if you are disabled, but did not work the full whatever 7 out of ten years prior to filing for disability. You are allowed to work, but for every two dollars you make, SS takes away one dollar. It also limits you to work within your claimed disability. If found working duties that you claimed you could not do, they consider you able-bodied. Again, same rules apply for those on SSDI as those on SSD.

If you get caught working at a job that you claim you can't do, or if you are working the limit per month for one year, they take it away. Believe me, they do check with your employer to see if insurance is available, whether you are doing duties you claim you can't do, and require you to visit their office to report where you work, and show what you made for each month.

I'm hoping I got this right..I do know each state that hands out SSI-D has their own rules. SSD is federally mandated. SSI-D is state mandated.

Depends what Preach claims his disabilities are. I'm guessing his brain got damaged. He must have lost his sense of smell, and probably his eyesight if he's toting Freelies around. Gosh, that is so funny. 18 holes of golf? He must of meant minature golf.
