I question one thing and one thing only: why they say there is a democratic and republican/liberal, right, left and center wings.

All I see are career politicians, that should have retired years ago, leaving room for the next generation, now removed. It sickens me that these politicians are making a career out of crap. Crap they can feed the general public.

Obama is going to rise above and still tell us things are going to get better, while doing nothing. Absolutely nothing...

Not that I expect things to happen in 100 days of being in office, but didn't we hear the same rhetoric with past presidents, and suddenly they jumped the cliff? No one can change things in 100 days, and by the way, he wants to change America...the America we used to know..and has fundamentally done nothing to change anything but play the political game that you can observe and did observe, with the Chicago-ridden baggage he brought with him to Washington.

You'll see the same old, "Change" where nothing changes. Our future generations will be paying for all this corruption. I wanted to believe in Obama, but I think if he needs a telepromoter to remind him to speak from the heart, he isn't talking from his heart or brain. I really believe the friends are telling him and advising him what to say or do.

Just like Stroger, no different. With this presidency, it's not about what our president of the US is doing to invoke change...it's about them taking control over private sectors that were the very donors of their campaign(s). It is about what they wear, if they didn't go out on their usual Friday night alone, because of the lack of privacy, the woodle-doodle dog, the this or that - that has nothing whatsoever to do with the dire straites of what our country is facing.

It's just another free ride. Another politician - where lying runs in the family. That's my personal opinion, but since I am caucasion, my opinion means crap.

We still have to pay for the illegals, the people who feel scorned from their ancestors that were slaves; we still have to pay for something that happened to occur over 100+ years ago, before we were born, because now our President of the Undivided States wants to own corporate America. He wants to own all the big auto industries, the banks, by bailing them out and giving them rules to abide by, - which the American people were given no vote on.

I bet had they been given the opportunity, they would have told Obama to tell them to go ahead and go into bankruptcy, which is what the average American does. Instead, he bailed them out with restrictions, knowing damn well it wouldn't save them, then wants a stake in the company even though bankruptcy was the only answer. If you can't pay your bills, will Obama save your credit line? Hell, no, unless he has an interest in it. See the picture?

What, exactly has he done worthy of praise, except "things will get better" in the 100 days everyone that voted for him claims he did exceptionally? I don't believe any PRESIDENT in past tense, days, years, in history, accomplished anything in 3 months. But then, I never heard them brag they did. That's the difference. All talk, all blab...yeah, who expects anything to be accomplished in three months into the Presidency? Only the realistic people know nothing can be changed in three months with long term effects.

So, quit bluffing, Mr. BS President. On a side note, I love the impression of Mrs. Obama planting a garden, as if that would make 1/16th of an inch dent in their budget when it comes to feeding a crowd. Good show. Realist? Get real. Example, taking a rake/hoe in dress clothes? Get real. People can't afford the fertilizer, the seeds, the time involved to plant a garden with bullets flying over their heads in reality. Great show. Thank you. It isn't reality. Those kids that want to plant gardens risk getting killed by a bullet while cultivating by your example.

Rich neighborhood: ok, you can look glamorous and do these things!

Reality: Don't try this in your neighborhood. This is a publicity stunt, and please be advised, you may be shot in the head if it bobs up and down in your own backyard. Barrack and I are lucky they aren't recording our bedtime conversations.

Lib,As a matter of fact, the Limbecile was bragging over the weekend about how there is no recession and it's not affecting him.

Anyone who thinks that fat gasbag isn't running the GOP should take a look at this...

Rush Limbaugh proves he’s Eric Cantor’s boss...again
by Jed Lewison
Wed May 06, 2009 at 07:20:05 PM PDT

Eric Cantor, the second-ranking House Republican, has done it again, caving to Rush Limbaugh after the talk show titan attacked Cantor’s plan to hold a series of town halls to listen to the concerns of regular Americans.

Watch:

Can there be any doubt as to who is the most powerful Republican in America?

Here’s a brief timeline:

Thursday, April 30: Cantor announces a Republican listening tour, saying the GOP needs to "begin a conversation with the American people."

Saturday, May 2: Cantor says Republicans must "get back to listening to the people."

Monday, May 4: Rush Limbaugh smacks down Cantor’s project, saying "we do not need a listening tour."

Wednesday, May 6: Cantor caves, saying "really, this is not a listening tour."

Hilarious Very Happy

Looks like the only person the republicans do "listen" to is fatso.
I'm half tempted to skip Ed Schultz today and listen to fat boy. He's helping the dems much more than Ed ever could. 🍿

Science went back to being evidence based reality that it is, instead of being the controversial BS catowing to religious or political ideology. Science ceased being controversial damn near overnight, reverberating through multiple fields and disciplines. This was a welcome and long overdue change eagerly anticipated by the scientific community.

Obama's views on science and how he planned on returning scientific integrity to the Presidency were pretty much the sole reason I voted for him. His opponent, especially with the geologically impossible "drill here, drill now" campaign and his creationist sidekick, demonstrated that he either didn't understand our physical reality, or didn't care to. Either one made him ill-equipped for the Presidency, IMHO. You simply cannot adequately address any of the problems facing civilization, and there's certainly a Perfect Storm brewing, if you cannot acknowledge the reality in which they exist.

That's it; that's all. Not all of us view him as "the Messiah". Most of us simply thought he'd be a better President.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
