How many jobs will really be created with that? I say 10 and they will all go to friends and relatives of the mayor and city council

The best part is how they think that they can get donations from corporations like US Steel that may hire them
I highly doubt US Steel will be in the mood to give anything to the city of Gary when the city wants them to pay almost twice as much taxes as they would if they were in another city
