fresh off his surprisingly strong third place finish in the republican primary for mayor with well over 300 votes citywide. dave the donut maker is reportedly set to announce hes throwing his apron into the ring for at large councilman hoping to fill the single vacency on the ballot!
let every vacent lot and parkway beware more signs will be adorning your space very soon!...of course providing the repubs in charge..poland and shooter permit him that is. neither would comment on the issue as both had their mouths full of of dobamas when asked.
no word if dennis terry will again be heading up his campaign. it seems terry fears he wont be able to duplicate his phenomonal get out the vote campaign from the spring.
but chuck rocek has apparently shown interest in taking up the donutman's cause...which is...well for starters that complimentary donuts should be available at council meetings.
you may recall rocek from his nailbiting 5800 vote defeat to the third district councilman in which rocek complained absentee ballot fraud obviously caused him the election.
