Subject: 9/11 Twoofers and the Republican Party 2/25/2011, 2:14 pm
If any of you remember my endless and exhaustive back and forth with maddmaxx over the alleged 9/11 conspiracy, you may recognize this name since it came up so often. His usual source of information was Alex Jones, a long time conspiracy theorist who believes in everything from the NWO to aliens to, you guessed it, the 9/11 conspiracy and the global warming hoax. He's been polluting the airwaves, television, and bookstores with his nonsense for a while.
Well, the oft cited source of conservative news (and fellow conspiracy theorist himself), Matt Drudge, was, for reasons I cannot fathom, pimping out sucha paragon of honest and critical thought on twitter:
Quote :
'THERE IS NO REST WHEN YOU ARE INVOLVED IN REALITY'-ALEX JONES, AUS TX 2/20/11. DOES URGENT RADIO 6 DAY/WEEK, WEB, DVDS, CHARLIE SHEEN BUD
Yes, that's right. Conservatives are now so far over the cliff, they've found common ground with 9/11 Twoofers. Congratulations! Creationists, AGW skeptics, birthers, and Twoofers... together at last. It's so nice when people find each other in this crazy, crazy world.
Gets even better, though. Turns out Jones is quite jealous of Glenn Beck because he's been stealing his shit.
He's probably jealous of his ratings too, raising such nonsense to mainstream status. If only he'd had a blackboard and glasses, he'd be making millions off of these idiots too.
