I don't know that the Democrats were at fault, much in the same way that you don't know that the actions of either president contributed to these data. I'm just making an observation based on the information you have provided.

Since your research generally doesn't go any further than copying and pasting from whichever website tells you what you want to hear, I won't expect, nor will I consider you capable of, any detailed analysis of the data you presented.
