Illegals are the only one protesting...believe me. I can\'t wait until all the states enforce this. The law is already on the books in the Federal DIARY.

What part don\'t they understand? Can we go to Canada to escape them, or should we deport them to Canada to get the message straight.?
Illegals, GO HOME. You have no right protesting in our U.S. Try Canada and see how far you get.

I\'m so sick of seeing multi-languages printed in so many forms at any agency, i.e, Any public facility/ office. Public aid, food stamps, medicaid, you name it. I saw a couple years ago ARABIANS dressed in silk, with kids toting behind them, enter a 35,000 SUV after visiting public aid.

I\'ve seen MUSLIMS do the same. After applying, I followed them to an expensive SUV. Most have Black ones, by the way and are from Bridgeview. They shack up in a 3 bedroom with four different families. The fathers work at the Islamic place, while the mothers as immigrants, get all the free-bees. I know, because I was taking care of a friend at the time in a beautiful condo, and above, 12 to 15 people lived there, and did not know English, It wasn\'t long after my friend passed away at a young age that I learned another Arabic family or Islamic family bought her beautiful condo and learned later from an English owner that he was moving out, \"couldn\'t take it anymore\".
It wasn\'t long after that they busted the office down the street for exchanging money and supporting the Islamic war.
Quite awhile ago, think it was 2002. But the thing is, if you are illegal, go home. We are broke. The states are worried about profiling? While these idiots drain our economy and send money home? Racial profiling? If I was a cop, you damn right I would find out if you are legal or not without even questioning you. So, what is the problem?
Don\'t people realize we are in the hole because of our lax system of making up excuses that might \"wind us up in jail for profiling,\" yet whatever the solution is, if it requires profiling, don\'t we have that right without prejudice from illegals? Who are the ones breaking the law? Who is allowing them to? The no-sweat-backs in Washington who are not out for the people, by the people, but illegal votes. Which sinks our nation in further disrepair. I wish there were four parties to choose from. Not two and a green.
Then you can say we\'re confident to vote enough to trust. Right now, all you politicians suck, cuz all you care about is the vote, whether legal or illegal.

Instead of doing the work, you go out and campaign to get re-elected to do nothing until the next campaign. I contacted the U.S. Justice Dept. calling on investigations on IL and IN...enough is enough. I just hope that they aren\'t as crooked as the politicians I reported.

Where\'s the money, Mitch? Where\'s the accountability, Quinn...it seems you all have a fever and are passing it around. Can\'t fix schools, roads, pay state bills, etc. Maybe the Dept. of Justice can figure it all out, otherwise I guess I gotta go higher. Look at California...that\'s another one I want them to look at.

What you guys lack is common sense. Send the illegals home,., bring the soldiers home, let the holy war kill each other, quit showboatin\' and fix our own damn country, Not GREECE.

We can\'t help others unless we first help ourselves. The illegals are draining the tax money,. Show some damn balls and tell each state to profile them. I can look someone in the eyes and know when they are lying...you can\'t tell me no cop can\'t tell that when pulling someone over.

Read how many people in Chicago Heights are illegals, thrown in jail for no license, no insurance, driving drunk, no registration. Everyday, a ton of them...and I had been out there a lot before. All illegals. They throw them in jail, they get out, do the same thing. Deport them. Almost all have Spanish/Latino last names. Am I profiling here? You bet\'cha!

Tell me what other country can we enter without papers, and I\'ll drop this subject.
AZ is not safe? Yet we bail out other countries, allow criminals to cross the borders, fly in, and how much common sense does it take to know right from wrong with these politicians? Don\'t they realize they are jeopardizing the future for even their own children or grandchildren?

I guess money and greed is more important. I long for the good ole\' days when all we had to worry about if it was going to rain or not.

How about they do what the legals did to stand in line, pay the big dues, learn English, and NO MEXICAN flags, or other national flags displayed. If you are so proud of your country, and want to display your origins here, while being illegal...do us a favor...go back to your country and fix it.
Spend the energy there. I dare you to go to Iraq, Canada, anywhere else and take over their country like you do ours. Try crossing their borders with illegal drugs, and applying for freebies. I dare you illegals to try that.

You want to fly your Mexican flag here? I'll be the first to tell you, go back to Mexico if you're so damn proud of your flag. You want to be a citizen of the U.S.? Stand in line, learn English, learn the Constitution, and pay your dues. If you don't, you're only adding trouble and costing us money. Go HOME.

Protesting at the Wigley Field just demonstrated your illegalness and ignorance. GO HOME. I hope to GOD Obama wakes up and enforces a Federal Law already on the books. Shame on you, Obama...you haven\'t irked a word...you simply just ignore anything and think your crooked Demos can handle it.
Well, come voting time...you will have to really demostrate your knowledge without the back-up making you look so superior, with or without teleprompters. You don\'t lead. You follow whatever your advisors tell you.

I hated Bush, but at least he knew what to say and took criticism the way a POTUS should.

I did not vote for you, because I saw the flake you were.
I did vote for McCain, even though I thought he was too old to be in office and out-wore his stance.

I had no real choice, but come November, I do.
OBAMA:
Will you stop campaigning enough to pay attention to what is happening in our USA? Pull the troops out, if you had studied like me, there\'s no end to that war. You sent money to Greece when all the states can\'t afford the education you wouldn\'t settle for - for your own kids?

I guess that is what you were all about....bull-shit. At least I don\'t feel bad about voting for an incompentent, unworthy, uneducated person for POTUS.
Just as you got in, you appoint another one to the Supreme Court with no legal background in deciding cases. It\'s all about \"who you know\". Another Stroger in Washington. Go play another round of golf. cuz that\'s all I\'ll remember of you. And. those parties every WEDS.
Once you give the blacks an inch, they take ten miles.

YOU ARE WRONG, ARTIE! The federal law is NO ILLEGALS ALLOWED IN THE US.
How can you not see what a drain they are on our economy. Plus the rich sock their money overseas, which resulted in far more taxes not being paid?

How is it gonna be ruled unconstitutional when it's already a Federal law they never felt the need to enforce until now?
You like the fact that the Pakinstanian who parked in the square in TIMES SQUARE almost blew up and killed people, were supported by illegals which they now arrested for being illegal? That's what causing us problems...who the hell do we know that is coming in and out without papers and what they are up to?
I didn't think you were that stupid. ILLEGAL means ILLEGAL. If you agree with them...take a walk across the Mexican border without papers, bring your American flag, and demand food stamps, medicaid and welfare and if your kid gets born there, ask them to nturalize it and pay your freaking hospital bill and feed it until the kid repeats the pattern.
Then tell me what you see what illegal means.

It's not Mexico here, although Hammond and East Chicago looks like it with Mexican signs slapped on corner stores and they don't know English. You like that? Move to Mexico.
You told me I talk stupid sometimes, well this is a first from me to you: get the brain back.

The Arizona law is about asking for proof of citizenship because someone "looks like an illegal". That's racial profiling and it's unconstitutional.

This law is continuing to backfire big time as Los Angeles joined others today in boycotting Arizona. They are going to lose 10's of millions of dollars as a result of this law.

First of all, I think it is about time for someone to do something about the Immigration issue. Is this the perfect choice? No I don't think so, but if the States are having a hard time financially, and there are laws on the books, then I see nothing wrong with enforcing them at all. The Arizona bill simply states, if there is reasonable suspision..... It is the same language any police officer can use when searching your car without a warrant. So no it will not be deemed unconstitutional in my opinion. The biggest scare I have is that the Attorney General is making statements without even reading the bill. How irresponsible is that? The President is saying the same thing without reading the Bill. Both men need to understand they have a job to do, and part of that job is to be informed before you open your BIG MOUTH.

FYI Artie, if LAdoes do the boycott, I read something yesterday that Arizona may withhold electricy from them. I say to LA go ahead and boycott, let the lights turn OFF! On a side note, didn't California (or at least some cities)decide to ignore the federal law prohibiting use of Marjuiana? I believe that is the case and therefor the state is now encouring breaking federal law. At least the Arizona is just enforcing Federal law, so where is the problem. California a "lawless" state or Arizona who believes in the laws of the land? I think I would choose a state that understands that the laws are there for a purpose.

I heard that too,Face. I think that would be a huge PR disaster for Arizona if they do. They'd be compared to the Enron blackouts.

No...sometime back Gov. Swarznagger (don't know how to spell his last name) suggested he would love or would like to invest one billion dollars in building a jail in Mexico, and ship the illegals there (those that are taking up recources through killings, kidnapping, gangesters, etc).

He said it would save his state billions just sending the illegals that are in jail in CA to Mexico, extending the money to build the jail, but, "let them feed them and nurse them".

It's a simple thing...follow the Constitution. Wait in line, pay your dues, learn English, and take the U.S. Constitutional test like all Amercian (naturally born) had to do and have to do to past high school, to graduate.

They are not going to be pulling over anyone just by profiling, in AZ. It's as simple as if you are caught in a robbery, pulled over for any reason...if you can't show a license, registration, and insurance, then you know damn well you need to find out if they are legal.

Do you know what irks me most? How in the hell do they read English Road SIGNS, if they give them tests in their native language?

What irks me more is reading in Joliet and Chicago Heights, E.C., most of those idiots being pulled over for grave reasons...not reading a stop sign, being intoxicated, etc., they have no license, no insurance, no registration.

We get thrown in jail for that...why not take it a step further and just arrest them like they do Americans, check out the citizenship, and tell them to go home?

How is that racial profiling when I get pulled over and am asked to produce a legal license and the requirements? Why stick up for these people? Why? Most are drug addicts, arrested for DUI, running stop signs, cuz they don't take the test right, and aren't required to read in the first place. much lest required to speak ENGLISH...how in the hell do they pass a damn driver's license test? I can't figure this country out anymore. My ancestors are French, Indian, and German....all my great grand parents came from different countries.

The only time I heard a different language was when my grandfather sang his song in German. At 80 years old.

What is so wrong about enforcing the laws and abiding by the U.S. Constitution. Better put....what other country allows the things these illegals do in their countries? Try France, Germany, Canada...can we as legal residents go into their country and demand what these illegals demand.

I'm filthy ashamed of how Obama and the Demo's stood up clapping on an unfit dictator from Mexico damning our country...and those idiots saluted him as if he was Hitler and they agreed with him. Obama does not treasure our laws in the U.S which is draining our economy.

All it takes is common sense to realize he is doing the opposite of what America is expecting of him. His wife can stick all the gowns up her azz....I have no respect for neither of them. It's just a party until 2012.

The problem is that no one can seem to define what reasonable suspicion would be in such cases without relying on race. The law enforcement officials in AZ don't seem to think it will be that easy as checking IDs, and I'm inclined to agree. If it were that simple, I don't see why they would have needed an extra law to do it.

And there's also the fact that such a small percentage of illegals have contact with the justice system to begin with, so I really can't see how this could possibly be considered "fixing the problem".

It was just poorly thought through and poorly worded. I'm fine with fixing the illegal immigration problem, but there are better and more effective ways to do it.

Investigators: Edmonds rape suspect deported nine times

EDMONDS, Wash. – The KING 5 Investigators have learned that an illegal immigrant accused of raping a woman in Edmonds Sunday has been deported nine times. That's much more than previously reported.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement won't comment on the case of Jose Lopez Madrigal. But KING 5 got the information through confidential sources and documents.

Larry Klein was the man who heard the alleged victim's cries for help. Police say the suspect pulled the woman off the street to a dumpster and raped her.

"I could see the back of his head. I could see his pants were down. I could see her lying on the ground. I could hear her crying, but I couldn't really see her face," said Klein.

Klein called police, who quickly arrested the suspect. But learning his identity took much longer because of some 30 aliases. It was only through fingerprints that they identified him as Madrigal, a Mexican citizen.

Madrigal's arrest and immigration record includes a staggering number of contacts with law enforcement since 1989. That's the year he was convicted of theft using a firearm in California.

He was deported a couple of times after that. Then in 1999, he was arrested for drug sales in both San Diego and San Francisco. Records show that he was deported three times that year between April and August.

He was arrested for drugs again in Stockton, Calif. in 2000. In 2002, he pleaded to third degree sexual assault in Denver. Later that year, he was deported again. And in 2003, records show he was deported three more times.

People who live near the scene of Sunday's alleged rape wonder how it could keep happening.

"Makes you wonder, what are we doing wrong? How is he getting back in here?" said Kirby Aumick.

"It’s troubling. I mean, if this man should not have been in this country, he should have been behind bars then, really, this is a senseless tragedy," said Klein.

According to our sources, Madrigal's last contact before Sunday was around 2003. So, it's not clear how much of that time Madrigal was in this country.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has refused to comment on the case which started making national headlines when it was learned that Madrigal had been deported several times prior to the Edmonds case.

In reviewing records and talking with confidential sources, the KING 5 Investigators learned just how extensive Madrigal’s immigration and arrest record is.

They found he was first deported in California in 1989 and since then he’s returned from his Mexican homeland and been arrested for drug crimes, a sex assault in Colorado and other offenses.

One criminal justice source says Madrigal is a "poster boy" for the federal governments ineffectiveness at keeping the most serious "criminal aliens" – illegals who commit crimes – out of the United States.

Top Official Says Feds May Not Process Illegals Referred From Arizona

A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.

A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.

John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports.

"I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution," Morton told the newspaper.

The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws.

Immigrant rights' supporters around the country took to the streets on May 1 to protest Arizona's new immigration law which seeks to identify, prosecute and deport illegal immigrants. Take a look at the massive protests.

The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not "good government," Morton said.

In response to Morton's comments, DHS officials said President Obama has ordered the Department of Justice to examine the civil rights and other implications of the law.

"That review will inform the government's actions going forward," DHS spokesman Matt Chandler told Fox News on Friday.

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said ICE is not obligated to process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.

"ICE has the legal discretion to accept or not to accept persons delivered to it by non-federal personnel," Napolitano said. "It also has the discretion to deport or not to deport persons delivered to it by any government agents, even its own."

Morton, according to a biography posted on ICE's website, began his federal service in 1994 and has held numerous positions at the Department of Justice, including as a trial attorney and special assistant to the general counsel in the former Immigration and Naturalization Service and as counsel to the deputy attorney general.

Border apprehensions in Arizona, where roughly 500,000 illegal immigrants are estimated to be living, are up 6 percent since October, according to federal statistics. Roughly 6.5 million residents live in Arizona.

Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-AL, said it appeared the Obama administration is "nullifying existing law" and suggested Morton may not be the right person for his post if he fails to enforce federal immigration law.

"If he feels he cannot enforce the law, he shouldn't have the job," Sessions told Fox News. "That makes him, in my view, not fulfilling the responsibilities of his office."

Sessions said the U.S. government has "systematically failed" to enforce federal immigration law and claimed Morton's statement is an indication that federal officials do not plan on working with Arizona authorities regarding its controversial law.

"They're telegraphing to every ICE agency in America that they really don't intend on cooperating with Arizona," Sessions said. "The federal government should step up and do it. It's their responsibility."
