You may recall when Obama made changes last year, to take effect this year in January of 2010?

There were a list of rules that the credit card industry was to follow effective in January of 2010.

Because he didn't enact it into law right away...he caused our credit industry to act fast, adding higher interest rates, claiming they alerted you, then while paying down my debt. without warning, though they had my email for alerts, they claimed I was warned in a separate letter to either opt out at the current rate, pay it off, and close it out (after having the card for 7 years, with no defaults, double payments at times, and winding down the balance), they jumped in and charged me a minimum of $160.00 per month, vs. $60.00 a month. My percentage rate jumped from 6.99% to an ungodly 29.99%. You see, he didn't reform anything...he made it worse to the point, while trying to negotiate, they refused to even negotiate through a person assigned to talk and translate for me all they wanted to know before even discussing the acct. They claimed I was notified (as one rep said, "via a letter, most people think it's junk mail and throw it away". Via another operator, it was in my Oct. 09 statements, which was a lie, because I meticiuously file my bills away for tghe 7 year itch with SSA).

I then visited as I always did in person, to pay my bill at Citi-bank, even though that is not my banking center, I paid in person. I had many visits, dates and times recorded, asking the branch manager to please help me resolve this. Either I am negotiated to pay down the debt, pay it off and never use the card again, since I was never officially notified, or they can tell me what to do. The last thing I wanted was my credit ruined.

Every visit between Feb. 2nd, after not receiving nor seeing a bill on-line, they slapped a 400 penalty on me. 200 for being 8 over the limit...which if the old percentage rate had been called to my attention, the 350 I sent in...thinking I could use that if needed, suddenly disappeared.

Yesterday, another 400 on top of the 400. Mind you, if I pay in person for 7 years, and you don't want to bother with me, and tell the branch managers you are not allowed to discuss with me private info, because I had to "hear", you got another thing coming. I will file suit. I have my appt with legal aid, Equip for Equality. You do not discriminate against me, don't pull the sheet from under me...but the point is this:

You can make all the changes you want, Mr. Obambie, they don't make a damn bit a difference because as Chief of the Champanzee of the USA, you failed us miserably by not enacting that change of law on credit cards effective immediately.

Now..on to the Health Care Reform. There is no reform happening...it's a fact you are receiving deals from your closed door hearings. Fool us once, shame on us. Fool us twice, shame on you.

Instead of this so called change in 2014, Doctors are not settling for it, nor the majority of the nation. You are a fool thinking this will pass...and I'm grateful for the following article where a Dr. chose the wisest thing to do: He's not in favor of your backroom deals, the cost of hidden taxes, you stripping us of our rights, your not in the middle, you are as crooked as the crooks you took with you to Washington.

By the way, I predict you will be impeached. Your approval ratings are going to go to 30& unless you can keep those fool-hardy people that voted for the skin color, rather than eligibility.

You are a scammer in the American peoples' eyes...even your own Demo's don't want you trotting across the states trying to hammer for fundraising (free money based on lies). They are embarrased by you.

Not to mention how many lies you told during campaigning, and by the way, in case you don't know it...you are the only POTUS in American HISTORY to do more campaigning while in office than any other in History. Your DEMOBRATS don't even want you doing what you are doing, for fear they will loose office in November because of your popularity rate.

Guess what, campaign or not...you all will be shot out of office come November.

I praise this doctor for what he did and does...he isn't refusing healthcare, just simply trying to get the message across, that in 2014, this is what Obama care is about...":

MOUNT DORA — A doctor who considers the national health-care overhaul to be bad medicine for the country posted a sign on his office door telling patients who voted for President Barack Obama to seek care "elsewhere."

"I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical," Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican opposed to the health plan, told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. "But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it."

The sign reads: "If you voted for Obama … seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years."

Estella Chatman, 67, of Eustis, whose daughter snapped a photo of the typewritten sign, sent the picture to U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, the Orlando Democrat who riled Republicans last year when he characterized the GOP's idea of health care as, "If you get sick, America … Die quickly."

Chatman said she heard about the sign from a friend referred to Cassell after his physician recently died. She said her friend did not want to speak to a reporter but was dismayed by Cassell's sign.

"He's going to find another doctor," she said.

Cassell may be walking a thin line between his right to free speech and his professional obligation, said William Allen, professor of bioethics, law and medical professionalism at the University of Florida's College of Medicine.

Allen said doctors cannot refuse patients on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability, but political preference is not one of the legally protected categories specified in civil-rights law. By insisting he does not quiz his patients about their politics and has not turned away patients based on their vote, the doctor is "trying to hold onto the nub of his ethical obligation," Allen said.

"But this is pushing the limit," he said.

Cassell, who has practiced medicine in GOP-dominated Lake County since 1988, said he doesn't quiz his patients about their politics, but he also won't hide his disdain for the bill Obama signed and the lawmakers who passed it.

In his waiting room, Cassell also has provided his patients with photocopies of a health-care timeline produced by Republican leaders that outlines "major provisions" in the health-care package. The doctor put a sign above the stack of copies that reads: "This is what the morons in Washington have done to your health care. Take one, read it and vote out anyone who voted for it."

Cassell, whose lawyer wife, Leslie Campione, has declared herself a Republican candidate for Lake County commissioner, said three patients have complained, but most have been "overwhelmingly supportive" of his position.

"They know it's not good for them," he said.

Cassell, who previously served as chief of surgery at Florida Hospital Waterman in Tavares, said a patient's politics would not affect his care for them, although he said he would prefer not to treat people who support the president.

"I can at least make a point," he said.

The notice on Cassell's office door could cause some patients to question his judgment or fret about the care they might receive if they don't share his political views, Allen said. He said doctors are wise to avoid public expressions that can affect the physician-patient relationship.

Erin VanSickle, spokeswoman for the Florida Medical Association, would not comment specifically.

But she noted in an e-mail to the Sentinel that "physicians are extended the same rights to free speech as every other citizen in the United States."

The outspoken Grayson described Cassell's sign as "ridiculous."

"I'm disgusted," he said. "Maybe he thinks the Hippocratic Oath says, ‘Do no good.' If this is the face of the right wing in America, it's the face of cruelty. … Why don't they change the name of the Republican Party to the Sore Loser Party?"

I'd like to add that during the seven years, they talked to the associates/branch managers at Citi-Bank if I had a questiion.

All of a sudden when I went in Feb. 2nd, they told the bank associates I had to "hear and talk directly withy them".

Got the time, dates, emails, etc. They can add thousands to their corrupt account against me. By the time it's over, I think theyll meet me in court and owe me thousands....

Being deaf and not hearing on the phone - they knew, but just wanted to play a game after they changed their rules.

Didn't they get a bail-out? Well, I want mine.

Turns out this guy doesn't even know what's in the bill. Typical brainwashed Republican.....
Doctor Against Treating Obama Supporters Admits Not Knowing What’s In Health Reform Bill
Quote :
Cassell: Hospice cuts in 2012…Does the government want people to die slowly?
Colmes: Do you really think the government wants people dead?
Cassell: Well I think that they’re cutting all supportive care, like nursing homes, ambulance services…
Colmes: What to you mean they’re cutting nursing homes?
Cassell: They’re cutting nursing home reimbursements
Colmes: Isn’t what they’re cutting under the Medicare plan what was really double dipping; they were getting credits and they were getting to deduct them at the same time.
Cassell: Well you know, I can’t tell you exactly what the deal is.
Colmes: If you can’t tell us exactly what the deal is, why are you opposing it and fighting against it?
Cassell: I’m not the guy who wrote the plan.
Colmes: But if you don’t know what the deal is why are you speaking out against something you don’t know what the deal is?
Cassell: What I get online, just like any other American. What I’m supposed to understand about the bill should be available to me.
Colmes: It is; it’s been online for a long time; it’s also been all over the media…

Taxpayers have always been on the hook for any defaults on the loans because they are guaranteed by the government. This reform saves the taxpayers roughly $70 billion over the next 10 years.

It's long overdue. We have been wasting billions of dollars every year by giving those billions to banks to run the program. What this bill does is eliminate the "middleman" and that saves us a lot of money.

Here are FAQs about the bill from CNN. I suggest that you read it and educate yourself before you say anything else.
