I turned on a news channel. I expected news that affects our nation, and the local news. That story on Bono popped up.
I was mad. I get frustrated when you want real news. If I want to see someone cooking, there are cooking shows. If I wanted to see someone giving an out-door concert, or music, there's channels for that, too.
So, it's a desperate means of the media trying to shock and awe you. I could careless who is undergoing a sex change, or did a sex change and had a baby after converting to a "man". You can change the anatomy, but if you resort back temporarily to "create a family" I see it as a trend or fad.
It's sickening. Keep it to yourself and between those who are close to you, and those that matter.
It's a slow economy and hardly anything worth watching on tv. Ignore it. It's become a fad to me, and though I know of one or a few that are "in the wrong body" they don't swing it around like everyone in the world has to know.
Chad wanted to convert her body to reflect the "he" instead of the "she". If you ask me, it's overboard. Fat, overweight, hairy and stupid, selling your body with no brains is all I saw.
As far as the other dude that gave birth, the one question I have is, why revert to being a "man' afterwards if their argument is "I'm the wrong person trapped in the wrong body".
I think now, it's growing into a "fad". There's too many of them coming out of the closet, even older ones after being married many years, like Meridith Baxter, who had to explain to her children (now older) that after many years of being a wife, she found herself being a "lesbian".
Great mom, that doesn't perplex me at all. NOT! My belief is that the true ones take it on in a respective manner. Others just come across as being insecure and more comfortable with their own sex, taking it to a whole new level, using it as an excuse.
Does that make sense? Not to me, either. I don't know what to make of it either, except in the case of Bono and the idiot who had a baby, it was repulsive.
